Christmas Krafts

Happy Saturday! We have been at the soccer fields this morning watching my niece and nephew at their games! I got some sun so I am really really tired! :) But... before I lay down (maybe)... I wanted to post.

These are a few of the Christmas cards that I have made in the past couple of weeks! I am showing you several because I still have quite a few to share and .... no one really wants to see Christmas cards in April... right? :) Sorry but I don't have anything else to share right now! Like I said before... I have worked on some Christmas cards for the current calls. Most nights I go without making anything lately but when I do get 'in the mood'... I make several each night! Once I share all of these... hopefully I will have some fun spring/summer stuff to show or even throw in between Christmas card/tag posts! Never too early to start getting those Christmas cards made though! :) Lets you focus on making other things or doing other things once Christmas approaches!

One Year Ago Today

I started this amazing blog journey!! Little did I know then how much joy this 'blogging thing' would bring into my life! :) I have met some amazing and wonderful women (you) who I am so thankful to call my friends!

One of my special friends, Janelle, (Show and Tell) is also celebrating her one year blogiversary today! So... we decided that we would celebrate together!! If you don't know Janelle... you should! Janelle is such a beautiful, kind and caring woman... not to mention... a wonderful crafter!

Janelle's sweet daughter, Britt, made the button for us at the top of my post! Isn't it adorable? I just love it! Janelle joked that we were twins separated at birth when we realized we shared the same blogiversary! I think we are in many ways!! So.... that is where it started... in case you were wondering! :)

We decided that we would both use the same stamp set to make a card to post today! We chose Big and Bold Wishes from Papertrey! Here is my card....


I went with the Thank you sentiment because I wanted to thank all of you who visit me! Some of you have visited me almost from the start... at least one of you from the start (Courtney)!

Christmas in April

Here are two of the Christmas cards that I have made recently. Don't tell anyone but these are not my favs of the ones that I have made so I am sharing those first!

Also... I wanted to make sure you guys didn't think I was tooting my own horn yesterday! Well... I was in a way but it was about how well I have been doing with not stressing over the pub calls! I have not had any new cards picked for CARDS this time. The deadline is still going! So... just wanted to clarify that! :) Again... if that is how that came across.... I just wanted to make sure you knew I wasn't tooting my own horn about having cards accepted! :)
