Paper Crafts Magazine Presents: Card Creations Vol. 10 Blog Hop

Happy Friday!!

Today I have the privilege of participating in a celebratory blog hop in honor of Card Creations. This volume is volume number 10... Happy 10th Birthday CC!! You have been good to me the past few years! :) Thank you!

In keeping with the 10 theme of the party... I decided that today I would show 10 projects that were not accepted into the pages of a Paper Crafts magazine! The magazine is the ultimate goal but hey... a Paper Crafts blog hop is the next best thing, right? :)

All of my projects are holiday theme since those have been the recent calls. I know it is spring but I felt like it was still fitting to show holiday projects since Card Creations covers so many holidays and themes! Plus... if you have known me long enough... you have heard me say on more that one occasion that I don't like holding projects in folders on my computer for six months until I can post them... it bugs me! :) Win win!!

Sweet Alpha Doodles with Sweet Stamp Shop

Happy Monday (again)!

Today I am sharing a card using a set from Sweet Stamp Shop called Sweet Alpha Doodles! I think this is such a fun set. I love the font of the letters and all of those frames are just adorable!!

You Make Me Smile with Avocado Arts

Happy Monday!!

Today a few of the Pit Crew get to share projects using the May kit from Avocado Arts. The kit is called Thoughts and Smiles and it is one of my favs so far!

My card was super easy... just stamping and a little paper piecing of the tag image. I used the hanger for the frame... as a hanger for my tag... on the frame. I love that so many of the pieces in these kits are separate... lots more creative freedom!

Eat More Cake

Just popping in real quick to say "HELLO"!!

I hope you are having a great week so far!

This month is really really really busy for our family so I plan to schedule my 'work' (if you can call it that) posts in the next day or so ... for the month. I am not sure that I will be around a ton in between.

I am hoping that things will settle down some in June!

I am working on my Project Life and will share that at some point... I am loving it!!

Today's card is one that I made a very long time ago. You can tell by the fact that I took the photo of it outside. I don't have the actual card in hand so I can't retake it in my light box.
