Happy Tuesday!

I made this card last night for the Paper Crafts Gallery Idol 2011 competition!

I can't remember the last time I made a card the night before I posted it! I am really really missing participating in challenges, etc! In the process of doing some soul searching and asking for God's guidance! I am working on trying to get myself together... like to really start taking care of myself, etc! Trying to balance that with just trying to hang on in the craft world! All while doing my normal daily chores and child raising! :) Sometimes it gets a little overwhelming and I feel like I can't do any of it good enough! Anyway... starting to ramble! :) Guess I will go do some of those chores while little man is in rest/play by himself time!

Thanks for visiting! :)

Summertime

Stamps - Beach Days and Sun Rays by Unity Stamp Co.
Paper - Kraft and Vintage Cream by Papertrey
Ink - Jenni Bowlin Brown Sugar by Ranger, Vintage Photo Distress by Ranger, L'Amour Red by Superior
Other - Lily White Doodlebug Jewel, SU Dimensionals, Classic Square Nesties, Copic marker

With today being the first day of summer... it is the perfect day to post this card! I don't know about where you live but it has been feeling like summer for a month now around here!

Keeping it short and sweet today! I had to beg Carver for a few minutes alone so I could get a post up! When I come into my craft room, no matter where he is in the house, it is like he knows and he follows! :) And then he tries to crawl into my lap and hug on me. Something about me giving attention to my computer that makes him jealous! That and the phone!

Thanks for visiting! I hope you have a great day!

Ink - Real Red and Tempting Turquoise by SU
Other - SU dimensionals

It is Friday afternoon! Woo Hoo!!

I hope you have had a great week! Mine has been fab!

We have had Summer Jam (aka Vacation Bible School) this week. This year was Carvers first time to attend and my first year to help. I was able to help in the preschool crafts area and I had a blast. I got to hang out with some great women and play with crafts! I think I probably got on everyone's nerves talking so much! I haven't had that much adult interaction in a while! :) It was just great!

The only downside to the week has been I HAVE BEEN SO TIRED! I have not accomplished one thing this week I don't think! I definitely haven't crafted.. Booooooo!! Or posted.... Boooooo! :)

Today I am showing a couple of kid valentines that were posted on the PSA Stamp Camp Blog a few days ago!

I hope you have a great weekend! Thanks for visiting!

Want2Scrap and PSA Essentials Blog Hop

Stamps - Monopack Gigi E by PSA Essentials, Background Basics Text Style by Papertrey
Paper - Fine Linen by Papertrey
Ink - Jenni Bowlin Fountain Pen by Ranger, Vintage Photo Distress by Ranger
Other - Want2Scrap Say It with Bling, Prima Flowers, SU dimensionals, EK Success Circle Punch, Picket Fence Distress Crackle Paint by Ranger, Helmar Craft Glue, Linen Acrylic Paint by Plaid, Frame by Michaels

Happy Monday! Today PSA Essentials has teamed up with Want2Scrap for a fun blog hop!

You should have come to me from Amber Zimmerman. If you came to my blog first.. make sure to go HERE and start from the beginning! :)

For my project, I decided to go with another home decor piece. We got some fun bling from Want2Scrap and I hated to 'waste' it on a card. :) I know I shouldn't consider it 'wasting' but I wanted to put it on something that I would keep! :)

I actually stamped PSA Essentials Monogram E on the frame and heat embossed it. I didn't like the placement of it so I covered it up with more paint and some Prima flowers! I think it worked out perfect because I am not the best at getting pictures printed. I take a ton of pictures but ever since I bought a digital camera... I don't print anything. I was able to use my monogram to fill in the middle of my frame! Now I have a pretty frame to set out and I won't have to worry about keeping an updated picture in it!! Works for me! :)

If you want to check out Want2Scrap, you can go HERE and get 30% off your total purchase from 6/13 - 6/23.

If you want to check out PSA Essentials, you can go HERE. The Paper Clique is giving 30% off all products from 6/13 - 6/23. The coupon code for check out is SAVEONPSA.

Mothers Day Overload

Wow... that was a lot of stuff, right? :) I even decided to leave a few projects off this post.

I made a lot of Mothers Day projects for PSA Essentials to use on their HSN appearance and a couple of the cards I made for my grandmothers! The first 3 are a few of the ones I made for PSA and the bottom 2 are made with Papertrey products! I thought I would post them all at the same time and just get them out of my 'to post' folder! :) That makes me happy!

Well... sorry to keep it short and sweet! I haven't fully recovered from our vacation yet. It is a little after midnight and I am so tired that I have to go to bed! This is early for me!

Thanks for visiting! :)

Ink - VersaMark, JB Brown Sugar by Ranger, Rose Bud by Tsukineko
Other - Classic Oval Nesties, Big Shot, SU Corner Rounder and Dimensionals, Doodlebug Jewels

Happy Friday! Woo Hoo! I am glad that it is the weekend but more than that... I am glad to be home!!!!

We got home late Wednesday night from Disney World! We had a BLAST but it is always good to get home!! We left last Friday morning before normal people should be awake!! We were on the go non-stop... to the point that poor Carver would even ask to go back to the room to take a nap! He NEVER does that here at home! The last couple of days we were there Carver would fall asleep before we could even make it back to the hotel. When I would wake him up the next morning, he would cry and beg to stay in the bed! The very last morning I woke him up, he was so distraught... he said "I don't love you anymore" as he was crying to stay in the bed! :) Normally that would hurt my feelings but I thought it was kind of cute... he was just so tired! We all were! But it was necessary to fit everything in! Man... you could really spend 2 days at each park just trying to see it all!

My parents took us on the trip! I have wonderful parents who still to this day want to spend their hard earned money on their children. While I fuss about it, I am appreciative and I am glad that we got to make the memories we made this past week! My sister-in-law, Cindi, planned the whole trip. My bro, SIL, and nephew were suppose to go with us too but that didn't work out. However... like I said... my SIL planned the entire trip! All I had to do was go and do what she told us to do! It was wonderful! :) Cindi put in a lot of work on this trip and she is an expert on Disney! I think she should plan trips for people because just the few things I was in on and tried to help with... it was horrible and so confusing!!

Anyway.... apparently I am going to be a talker today! :) Both my boys are still asleep. I have been up for a little over an hour! That never happens!

I meant to schedule some posts while we were gone but May was such a crazy month! I just didn't get it done before we left! I am so excited to be back home and hopefully get back on some sort of routine. No more trips coming up for me so I am hoping I won't feel so crazy from now on! :) I spent the entire day yesterday on laundry and just getting my life organized again! As much as I don't like laundry... I am happy to be home and more than happy to be working on laundry! I love home!! I really do!

Today I am showing a card that I made a while ago... a long while ago... and submitted it 2xs. It didn't get picked so I am sharing it on my blog today! I love this card!

Well..... I guess I will hush now! I started this post an hour and 20 mins. ago. I took about a 40 min. break to talk to my aunt over the phone. My boys will be up soon so I better get with it! Thanks for visiting! I am hopeful that since my trip is over... I will be posting more! Have a great weekend!
