Embellish The Cure Challenge

Don't you just love this Unity stamp? Man... soooo cute!

Okay... so this is my card for the Embellish The Cure Challenge. Kind of simple... like most of my cards but... I like it!

Well.... going to keep this short. Carver is napping. I have spent most of his nap time so far trying to get a good picture of this card. Some sunshine here but a mostly white card is just hard to photograph! At least for me anyway!

Hope you are all having a great day! Carver is doing better today! None of us have slept much the past couple of nights but I am hoping he will sleep in his bed tonight since he doesn't seem to have a fever yet today! Thank you for all of your prayers... keep them coming please! :)

Funny story real quick. I shouldn't share this but it is just too funny!

This morning, Carver was shaking me and saying, "Wake up Mommy... Wake up Mommy"! I woke up enough to hear him and said, "What is it son?". "What's that noise Mommy?" said Carver. "What noise?" said Mommy. "Coming from your mouth?" said Carver!! :) I think my snoring woke him up! :) Maybe that will be a good reminder tonight of why he needs to sleep in his own bed! Ha!!

Peace and Love!

Stamps - Handwritten Notes (PTI), Spin Baby (Unity)
Paper - White, Raspberry Fizz, and Sweet Blush (PTI)

Oh, sweet Kelley! That is SUCH the perfect "you know you're really a grown up when..." story! And confirms, "kids say the darndest things!" So adorable and sooooooo great that the wee lad is feeling better!

Furthermore, way to rally to ANOTHER challenge! You are really popping out the fabulous and super cards lately! This is really fun and has me craving "pixie stick!" Such fun and great use of color with your hallmark, extreme background space, showing off your stamp and material choice that much more brightly! Yipee!

this is a really stylish card. I love the simplicity of it, don't mean this in a rude way. :) :)

Sooo cute, I love it! I'm glad I'm not the only one trying to do photography in during nap time! Gotta squeeeeeeze everything into that precious pocket of time! ;)

Ohhh your card is so cute and I love that Unity stamp!!

Hahah thats so cute. My friends husband is in Turkey right now and as a citizen of the country he has to serve in the military for a couple of weeks. He sleeps in the barracks with 30 other guys and the next day he got to call his wife. He apologized and told her that he was sorry and he understands the "snoring thing" now. Meaning he couldn't sleep because of the other 30 men snoring. I thought it was the funniest thing I've ever heard.

So cute! Love this sentiment!!
Your story is so funny - I believe I am snoring too! Well, at least it might be helpful to convince Carver to sleep in his own bed ;)

Hugs,
Vanessa
