Happy Thursday!
I should be cleaning now so this is going to be a short post!
I wanted to tell you about/remind you of a couple of things...
First of all... you want to check back with me bright and early tomorrow to start seeing some cards that I have made using Courtney's new stamp set, Look Up!... Love love love this set!! I have been anxiously awaiting time to show you my cards! I know you guys are going to love this set too. Oh... and Courtney has announced that she is going to start selling May Arts ribbon... sweet!!
Next... don't forget about the current EBTKS challenge that is going on... break out the fabric and make us say "WOW" so you could win a great prize!
Last but certainly not least... fellow EBTKS designer/our friend, Kelly Marie, has started her own stamp venture. Make sure to go pay her a visit if you haven't already to see what she has going on!
Looks like I am a lucky girl to know 2 fab stamp designers!! :) Love me some stamps!! ha
Okay... so got to go! I have not had time to make a whole lot of anything new... darn being done with the whole bucket cards...! I have been working late every night just doing the necessary bill writing, checking email, and finally the fun blog hopping! So... maybe tonight... I hope!
Oh... and thanks for the comments about the school situation! Everything is okay there. Carver had just said something the other day that he couldn't have made up. Believe me... nothing horrible... we love his teacher and trust her completely. It was just something that seemed to have a negative impact on him. After talking to the teacher... what Carver said was true but not the whole story so.... we are good! Something is just going on with him lately... probably just a phase but... just trying to get to the bottom of the problem.
Have a great day!
Oh... I almost forgot... the pics...
I had a silly idea that I wanted to take a pic to put at the end of one (or more) of my posts of me flashing a peace sign... since I always say "peace and love" ! Again... silly idea. This is the only time I will be 'flashing' this pic so ... get a good look. Didn't want the effort to go to waste... ha!
And... this is what I probably look like to my husband and child most of the time.... the inner Kelley is showing!! :)
See you tomorrow! Oh... and sorry for the lie... this wasn't a short post after all! :)

Kelley, you are too funny! Love the pics! Sorry I haven't been over in a while - I've been crazy busy, as it sounds like you have too. Don't worry about Carver, both my kids have gone thru phases at school and they've just been that - I'm sure it's all fine. :) Thanks for giving me blog love yesterday - love it when you come to visit! :) Hugs!~A
LOL! You are too funny! I love your hair, did you straighten it? I just got a call from Chance, he said he just got a call from our old pastor and now Chace's principal. Chace was in his office, some little girl was teasing him (don't know what she said yet), but he told her to stop over and over again, and she didn't so he threw a piece of paper at her and hit her in the eye. So now he is getting his first lick! He never gets in trouble, so we are a little shocked! You never know what kids are going to do!
Glad the preschool issue was a small one. It's so good that you trust Carver's teacher and that you figured out what was going on.
Love the second pic! I bet I look sorta like that (with DH and kiddos) at times too! ;)
Can't wait to see what YOU created with Court's stamp set. I'm having a ton of fun with it, so I'm sure you are too!
You're so funny! Love that you posted those two pics. ;)
I can't imagine what teachers hear my sons say, but I know what you mean, our three year old came home from school saying "oh for god's sake" and we NEVER EVER say that...What to do?
You are HILARIOUS!
I like your long and newsy posts - it kind of mskes up for not getting to talk to you often enough in person!! Glad you've figured out about Carver's situation - it will all work out in the end!
I'm with Sarah! I always enjoy your words and wonderful self expression! LOOK AT YOU! You slay me with your beautiful, fun and hilarious antics. You couldn't take a bad picture if you tried! I love them BOTH! Sorry to hear about the boy ~ I hope the problems resolve without incident. It's good to have a trusting relationship with the teacher, regardless! I adore you, sweet and TALENTED one! Saw that you got some CARDS love last round - YOU'RE AWESOME!
You are too funny!!!! your pics made me smile!
Looks like you've managed to squeeze some fun in in between the paperwork....good girl! A little fun & giggles is important, right?! Love your pics.........they BOTH made me smile, thanks!! :>
Sorry to hear about Carver and school. There are usually two sides to these things. Brings to mind a story my kids' preschool director used to tell (whose job I hold now). Seems a child was going home singing a song he had learned in school: "No one likes me." He was singing it happily, but the mother didn't like the message and the words and was upset that a Christian preschool would be teaching her son such a song. The mom made an angry phone call to the director who got things cleared up by asking the teacher about the songs they were singing in the classroom. Ends up the words to the song were actually, "There's no one like me." So -- all a misunderstanding. I guess the moral of the story is -- stay calm and ask the teacher for clarification. Usually there is a fairly simple explanation. :) To quote one of my very favorite bloggers: "Peace and Love"!
you are too funny, gal! I just love the pics :)
glad you called the teacher to get everything cleared up. sometimes things are going on in school and the kids conceal it so well that the only way you find out is by mom or dad giving a call.
Hope the school situation keeps working out!
Also, love the final peace picture :O)
How cute are you?! Love it! Thanks so much for the shout out! You are the sweetest!
