I have been wanting to make some 4th of July cards this year to send out to my family. I want to every year and have never actually done it. When I saw the newest Kwerner color challenge, I thought... here is my chance to get started. I thought these colors were perfect to make a 4th of July card. Nothing too fancy. I want to be able to mail this card so I didn't want to use buttons or anything that could get damaged in the mail. I did use a dimensional behind the big star but that is it. The rest is stamped right on to the white cardstock.
Supply list:
Stamps - Everyday Classics, Faux Ribbon (both PTI), Studio G (sentiment - $1 bin at Joannes)
Paper - Stampers Select White (PTI)
Ink - Basic Black, Pacific Point, Summer Sun (all SU), Pure Poppy (PTI), Ranger Distress Ink

Wow! This is perfect...not just for 7/4, but memorial day, as well!! So wonderful!
This is awesome! I love the stars and the fact that you have guts to stamp directly on the card. I always get nervous and end up cutting out my images. :) Wonderful job on your card!
